NOTICE OF UPDATED FEE SCHEDULES:

The City of Irvine will be increasing fees effective August 15, 2024 per the adopted Development Processing and Inspection Fee Resolution 24-55.

Residential Permits on UCI Properties:

Effective August 1, 2024: All new applications for residential building permits on property owned by the University of California, Irvine (UCI) must be submitted to the Irvine Campus Housing Authority (ICHA). Please contact homeimprovements@icha.uci.edu for more information on all permitting and property improvements. All permit applications received prior to August 1, 2024 will be reviewed, issued, and/or inspected by the City of Irvine.
